Refund Policy
No refunds after 1st February 2013, or in the case of the event not being held because of a natural disaster or circumstances outside the control of the event organisers. All refunds prior to this date will incur a $20.00 administration fee.
Online Entry Process
The online entry process consists of a number of simple forms which need to be filled in before proceeding to the Check-out whereby Fees and Donations can be paid via Visa or Mastercard using a secure online payment system. Please note we are not able to accept AMEX cards.
